He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack E. Cupp and Nancy Cupp (Showers). He is survived by: his sons, Robert G. Cupp of Williamsport, Cory G. Cupp (Sharon) of Williamsport and Rusty G. Cupp (Tina) of South Williamsport; and his siblings, Wayne Cupp of Harrisburg and Penny Lee Vanderlin of Williamsport. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
