He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Shultz and Paula Shultz (Birt). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Shultz (Beamer); his children, Shawn Shultz (Peggy Garvey), Lisa Faulkner (Larry) and Joey L. Shultz; and his grandchildren, Sylas Geyer, Porter Geyer, Samuel Faulkner, Kade Shultz and Millayna Shultz.
