She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Prendergast and Mary Jane Prendergast (Winter); her husband Edward F. Bouse, Jr.; her siblings, Helen Smith and Michael Prendergast; her great grandchild Griffin Hamm; and her daughter-in-law Penny M. Bouse.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon E. Bouse of Williamsport, Ellen M. Worthington (Harry) of Montoursville, Jane M. Felter (Bruce) of South Williamsport, John E. Bouse of Hughesville, Steven M. Bouse of Jersey Shore, William J. Bouse of Montoursville and Edward T. Bouse (Regina) of Montoursville. She is also survived by 21 grandchild, 26 great-grandchild, and one great great-grandson.
