He is survived by: his mother Shirley Beyer; his wife Florence Lewis of Williamsport; his former wife Beverly Lewis of Kentucky; his children, Donald E. Lewis of Kentucky and Cynthia Parrish (Mark) of Kentucky; his stepchildren, Diane Franzen (Luke), Michele Rider and Kevin Smith (Kira); his grandchildren, Miranda Lewis, Morgan Rogers, Cody Lewis and Esabella Vinson; his great grandchildren, Rowan Rogers, Oaks Rogers and Solomon Lewis; and his siblings, Gerald Lewis of New York and Dawn Wilson (Dick) of Bath. He is also survived by his family, friends.
