He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Lewis; his brother Michael Mattison; and his former wife Ellen Victoria Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Beyer; his wife Florence Lewis of Williamsport; his former wife Beverly Lewis of Kentucky; his children, Donald E. Lewis of Kentucky and Cynthia Parrish (Mark) of Kentucky; his stepchildren, Diane Franzen (Luke), Michele Rider and Kevin Smith (Kira); his grandchildren, Miranda Lewis, Morgan Rogers, Cody Lewis and Esabella Vinson; his great grandchildren, Rowan Rogers, Oaks Rogers and Solomon Lewis; and his siblings, Gerald Lewis of New York and Dawn Wilson (Dick) of Bath. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (601 7th Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
