He was predeceased by: his parents, Lair B. Hinston and Ruth R. Hinston (Ulmer); his son Lair; his daughter-in-law Lori; his great grandchild Ellianna; and his siblings, H. George, Richard, Sarah Brown and Nancy Beattie.
He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Hinston (Mosteller); and his children, David (Jennifer), Michael (Kimberlee) and Cindy Beck (John). He is also survived by thirteen grand-children and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
