He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Hazel and Hettie Hazel (Andrews); his wife Betty Hazel (Peterson); his children, Tina Louise Quonies of Chester, VA and Jamie Evonne of Hopewell, VA; his grandchildren, Tamara, Lance Rhodes, Javon and Jania of Washington; and his sisters, Jackie Thompson, Rena McDonald and Diane Harris.
