James F. Packer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2019, at the age of 74, James F. Packer (Williamsport, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Sr and Ruth Packer Sr.; his wife Bernadette Packer; his brother Lloyd Packer Jr.; and his daughter Gloria Fry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie A. Harvey of Williamsport and Lonnie M. Smith (Scott) of Jupiter Fla; his siblings, John Packer of Mifflinburg, Connie Ferringer (Gavin) of South Williamsport and Bonnie Sherlock (Mike) of Williamsport; and his son-in-law Rusty Fry of Port St. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
