He is survived by: his children, James L. Bailey, Jr. (Stacey) of Mill Hall and Kathy L. Ardabell (Carl) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Keri, Bradley, Jamie, Emily and Cole; and his great grandchild Paisley.
