Bower of Williamsport, Brandon A. Bower of Williamsport and Cheyenne N. Bower of Williamsport; and his siblings, Albert Bower, Lois Welshan (Dan) of Lock Haven, Judy Confer of Williamsport and Sherry Miles of Williamsport.
