He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Bower (Johnson); his children, Danielle R. Moyle (Jeremy) of Williamsport, Harry R. Bower (Emily Rowe) of Williamsport, Scott E. Bower of Williamsport, Brandon A. Bower of Williamsport and Cheyenne N. Bower of Williamsport; and his siblings, Albert Bower, Lois Welshan (Dan) of Lock Haven, Judy Confer of Williamsport and Sherry Miles of Williamsport.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Knight-Confer Funeral Home, Inc. (1914 Memorial Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Knight-Confer Funeral Home (1914 Memorial Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701).
