He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Jamie Kouba; his son-in-law Phil; his granddaughter Jessica; his siblings, Paul "Skip" Dincher Jr. (Vicki), Susan D. Fowler, William Dincher (Liz), Patrick Dincher (Peg), Charles Dincher, Daniel Dincher (Shelly), Bonnie Dincher, Christine Waldman (Jim) and Harold Smith (Angie); his sister-in-law Diane Dincher; his parents, Paul Dincher and June Dincher (Quay); his brother Michael R. Dincher; and his nephew Rob Fowler. He was also cherished by 21 nieces and nephews; and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
