He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry E. Adkins and Ethel M. Adkins Robertson (Dalton); his daughter Kristy L. Carter; his great great grandchild Sawyer Adkins; and his siblings, Morris Adkins and Helen Haskins.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie G. Adkins (Winn); his son-in-law Leon Carter of Danville, VA; and his pet Baby. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the American Rescue Workers Community Church (25 Ross St, Williamsport, PA 17701).
