He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Smith and Evalyn Smith (Charlton). He is survived by: his wife Robbin (Schreiner); and his children, Amy Cosentino (Wayne), Jennifer Bomboy (Richard), Jerry Smith (Mary) and Matthew Smith (Katelyn). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
