He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frey and Virginia Frey (Whitman). He is survived by: his wife Doreen Frey (Dieffenderfer); his brother Dennis Frey (Shelley); and his pet Axel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the First Church (604 Market St, Williamsport, PA 17701). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
