Dale Gaffney Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Gaffney (Williamsport, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 18, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Gaffney and Ella Mae Gaffney (Ranck); and his brother Wayne Gaffney. He is survived by: his sister Lanea P. Ruffaner (Robert) of Winfield; his nieces, Lanette Micheletti (Ruffaner) of Schnecksville and LeAnn Baker (Ruffaner) of Hagerstown, MD; and his nephew Todd Ruffaner of Texas.
