He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Smith and Dorothy R. Smith (Graham); and his brothers, William E. Smith and Richard E. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Long Smith; his children, Gerri Randall of Dubois, Gayle Anderson (Tom) of Dubois, Gara Smith, Gail Stroble of Jersey Shore, Brenda Stebbins (Ray), Kelly Sponhouse (Moe) of Williamsport and James Long (Jackie); his brother Arthur P. Smith of Reynoldsville; and his children, Rocky Point and Tampa.
A masonic service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 3:45 PM at the Knight-Confer Funeral Home (1914 Memorial Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701). Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Lutheran Church Cemetery (1877 St Michaels Rd, Cogan Station, PA 17728). A committal service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
