It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene M. Chubb of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick C. Chubb; and her parents, Derwood J. Williams and Eleanor Breese Williams. She is survived by: her children, Karen Mae Lilley (Stephen) of Cogan Station, PA and Jeffrey Charles Chubb (Susan) of Blandon, PA; her grandchildren, Joey McGinty (Betsy) and Jen McGinty (Jordan Eck); her great grandchildren, Jaxton, Jacoby, Calvin, Brady and Gia; and her brother James D. Williams (Eilene). She is also survived by her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
