Carolyn W. Bullock Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn W. Bullock of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 20, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius E. Welsh and Carolyn Welsh (Hartman); her husband Robert A. Bullock; her son William W. Hartman; her stepson Robert S. Bullock; and her stepdaughters-in-law, Nancy Bullock and Shelby Bullock.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Hartman (Beth Smith); her stepson Jonathan Bullock; and her grandchildren, Jason Bullock (Courtney), Kristofer Bullock, Kimberly Hermens (Steve) and Robert Bullock (Glenna). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Carolyn's memory to either the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Rd., Williamsport PA 17701; James V. Brown Library, 19 E. Fourth St., Williamsport PA 17701; or the Thomas T. Taber Museum, 858 W 4th St, Williamsport, PA 17701.
