He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl J. Ulsamer and Wilhelmina E. Ulsamer (Steinbacher) of Williamsport; his brother Joseph H. Ulsamer; and his brother-in-law Rocco Corragio. He is survived by: his spouse Dee A. Ulsamer (Carpenter); his children, Bernadette Ulsamer (Brad Keller) of Pittsburgh, Charles Ulsamer of Fort Collins, CO, Justin Hammaker Loving (Stephanie) and Ashley Bower (Wade) of Williamsport; his sisters, Constance A. Engel (Joseph), Donna M. Ulsamer-Thomas (Harold), Cynthia M. Corragio and Theresa L. Knott (Sean); and his granddaughters, Vivian and Charlotte Keller.
