He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Flook (Baier); his daughter Melissa Good; his grandchildren, Timothy and Hunter Good; his siblings, Wanda Mayes (Wes), Connie Packer (Kenny), Mac Flook (Peggy) and Forrest "Fuzzy" Flook; and his nieces and nephews, Caroline, Billy, Dana, Tina, Fawn, Rhonda, Christine, Candy, Barry, Steve, Kenny Lee, Chris, Penny, Mark, Mindy, Mac, Brandy and Jonathan.
