He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Buxton and Constance Ridley Buxton; his sister Dorothy Roebuck; and his daughter Kendra Buxton. He is survived by: his children, Damean Buxton, Sr. (Linda) of Las Vegas, Damone Buxton, Sr. (Shannon) of Harrisburg, Darien Buxton, Sr. (Alisha Matthews) of Pittsburgh, Carla and James Emory of Jersey Shore; his stepson Justin Holt (Stacy) of Williamsport; his nephew Terrill Seward Buxton (Carol Buxton) of Hughesville; his sisters, Gloria Buxton of Williamsport, Cynthia Vanetta of Williamsport and Caroline Buxton of Ohio; and his brother-in-law Russel Roebuck. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
