It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Echard (Williamsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mothers, Rose L. Echard (Dunkle) and Ethel M. Clowson (Whiteman) of Williamsburg; his grandson Jordan Shuey; his son-in-law Lou Delaney; and his siblings, Betty Echard, Myrtle Wike, Raymond Jack of Claysburg and Kenneth Echard.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Jean Frye; his children, Gary E. Echard (Rustyann) of Lebanon and Melinda K. Delaney of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Tyler, Logan, Haleigh Echard and Noah Shuey; and his sister Janet Echard of Altoona.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all services will be private and inurnment will be held at Shellytown-Fairview Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.
