He is survived by: his wife Kathryn L. Young; his daughter Marcia D. Cowher (John) of Tyrone; his grandsons, Chad A. Cowher (Maurisa Salmond) of Camden, SC and Shane M. Cowher (Kelly) of Tyrone; and his brother David Delozier (Connie) of Wooster, OH.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson.
