Riley of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 76, on November 2, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Vincent and Viola Emma Riley (Reigh); and his brothers, Michael G. Riley and David E. Riley. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Moyer; his sister Shelby J. Walls (Dick) of Westernport, MD; his mother-in-law Ethel Moyer of Williamsburg; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Smith (Gerald) of Martinsburg and Grace Suter (Pat) of Langhorne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests that anyone attending the funeral please wear a mask.
