He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Robert and Ella Mae Manning (Dixon); and his brother Patrick Manning. He is survived by: his wife Penny L. Culbertson; his son Scott M. Manning (Lane); his grandchildren, Aria Manning, Grayson Robert Samuel Manning of DeWitt, MI, Brian D. Snare and Zachary Snare of Martinsburg; his daughter Machelle L. Snare of Martinsburg; and his grandchildren, Josh Reed (Kayla), Rachel Reed-Wyandt (AJ), Sheena Kagarise (Justin) and Alicia Bradley (Josh). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
