He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy E. Wagner and Evelyn A. Wagner (Collins). He is survived by: his daughter Heather N. Doty (Richard) of Williamsburg; his granddaughters, Maylin E. and Lyla G. Doty; and his sister Connie J. Brennan of Martinsburg.
