He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Hileman; his children, Richard E. Jr. Figurelle (Elise) of Wilmington, DE, Tena L. McKee (David) of Newark, DE and Tanya Snyder of East Freedom; his siblings, Anthony Jr. Figurelle (Barbara), Regina Seidel (Jerry) and Alfreda Hite; and his sons, Elwood, Eugene, Alfred and Theodore. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
