We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2023, at the age of 75, Phillip Allan Linn of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Linn and H. Ruth Linn-Heverly (Witherow); his brother Douglas; and his sister-in-law Nancy Linn. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Julie Russell (Scott), Jana Mock (Terry), John Taylor, Shawn Pickell (Sondra) and Shannon Vinglas (Rich); his grandchildren, Tessa Robley (Drew), Thayne Russell (Kylie), Alexa Ritchey (Matt), Landon Mock, Gage Pickell and Paige Pickell; and his great grandchildren, Logan Robley, Calen Robley, Reece Robley, Molly Ritchey and Amelia Ritchey.
