With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Palmer E. Sweeney Jr. of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 26, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Palmer Sr. Sweeney and Marie Sweeney (Deyarmin); and his close friend Shirley Hamilton. He is survived by: his brother Donald; his nephew Scott Sweeney of Williamsburg; his stepchildren, Lugene Byrnes and Cindy Stevanus; and his sister-in-law Gloria Sweeney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
