She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Herbert and Marcella A. Umbower (Tate); her husband John D. Price; her great great grandchild Philip Raymond Price; and her sisters, Louise Creamer and Emma Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, John H. Price (Charlotte) of Martinsburg, Lester Price, Delmas Price, Missy Price of Williamsburg and Georgia Mae Walls of Williamsburg; and her sisters, Helen Despot, Pauline Nicodemus and Cheryl Umbower. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg, Rev. James D. Spivey officiating.
