He was predeceased by: his father Chester "Leroy"; and his grandparents, Norman and Ruth Helsel. He is survived by: his mother Bertha Dick (Helsel); his wife Tina Talbert; his siblings, Norman and Wanda; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Ashley, Kane, Deken, Ethyn, Trenton and Emily. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
