He was predeceased by: his mother Florence N. Miller (Marion). He is survived by: his father Mathias E. Sr. Miller; his stepmother Mona Miller of Williamsburg; his children, Jacqueline M. F. England (Ethan) of Ford City and Benjamin E. Miller (Katrina) of Ashville; his grandchildren, Regan E. England, Abigail L. England, Zachary E. England, Blake E. Miller and Kaylee May Miller; his siblings, Christine E. Allison and James R. Miller; and his stepsister Lisa Reighard.
