He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil E. Hicks and Grace L. Hicks (Lykens). He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Drass; his children, Jennifer R. Hoffman (Johnathan Pasley) of Williamsburg, Nathan E. Hicks (Kelli Brumbaugh) of Canoe Creek and Julian M. Hicks (Brittany Hensley) of Clappertown; his grandchildren, Amber Hoffman, Dennis Hammel, Emily Hammel, Kevin Hammel and Elena Bryan; and his sister Renae R. Bingham (Charles) of Williamsburg.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions all services will be private and arrangements are by John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg.
