He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Ferne F. Hays (Foreman); and his siblings, Clifford Hays and Apryle Foor. He is survived by: his sons, Mark A. Hays, Bedford and Daniel Gallo; and his brothers, Steven Hays and Scott Hays. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
