He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Denver and Ruth N. Lykens (Moyer). He is survived by: his brother William L. Lykens of Williamsburg; his stepchildren, Kim Taylor, Jason Cook and Jon Cook; his granddaughter Ashley Lester; his nieces, Leslie Hammel and Karissa Nevitt; and his nephew Jonathan Lykens. He is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren: one great-grandchild.
