He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack M. Mayhew and Tessa J. Mayhew (Barnett). He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Ake; his children, Britt D. Mayhew (Brett Anders) of Alexandria and Brandon T. Mayhew of Williamsburg; his siblings, Penny Longo of Duncansville, Holly Eger of Johnstown, Rick Mayhew of Williamsburg and JT Mayhew of Williamsburg; his brother-in-law Joel Ake (Shannan) of Williamsburg; and his nieces and nephews, Kyley McGarvey, Tristian MacIntosh, Brodie Mayhew, Ian Ake and Neil Ake. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Contributions in memory of Kevin may be given to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
