He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Clabaugh and Bertha B. Clabaugh (Hetrick); his sister Betty L. Bookwalter; and his brothers-in-law, Junior Bookwalter and James Johnson.

He is survived by: his siblings, Nelson R. Clabaugh (Jane) of Hollidaysburg, Willard E. Clabaugh (Judy) of Indiana and Mabel K. Johnson of Hollidaysburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
