Joyce Irene Verbonitz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Irene Verbonitz of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin F. Lear and Irene C. Lear (Hatch); her husband George Verbonitz; her siblings, Ellen Whitaker, Thelma Morley, Josephine Lear, Martha Blair, Walter, Benjamin Jr., Raymond, Charles, Earl, Marion and Robert; and her stepgranddaughter Gina Spitler.
She is survived by: her children, George F. Verbonitz of Myrtle Beach, SC, Stephen A. Verbonitz (Lori) of Linglestown, Edward E. Verbonitz (Jewely Harstrom) of Williamsburg, Catherine A. Waddington (Ward) of Williamsburg and Shrenia K. Miller of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Jennifer Dransman, Kimberly Frye, Larry Frye, Jillian Via, Allen Edwards, Patrick Edwards, Tamara Walk, Amanda Verbonitz and Cody Verbonitz; her siblings, George Lear, Donald Lear, Helen Kustaborder, Marie Bernice Wilson and Geraldine Favasoli; and her close friend Sharon Verbonitz. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions at this time, a celebration of life service will be held at later date.
