It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Louise Williams of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Daniel E. Jr. and Ethel N. Williams (Fry); and her brother Raymond E. Williams. She is survived by: her sisters, Charlotte M. Irvin (Gary) of Williamsburg and Debbie K. Fay (Dennis) of Williamsburg; her close friend Bill Hearn of Williamsburg; and her nieces and nephews, Jill, Joy, Jamie, Kelly, Bradley and Scott.
