He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome S. Reed and Virginia M. Reed (Perrin); his wife Elizabeth P. "B. J."; and his granddaughter Marrisa Price. He is survived by: his children, Donna A. Price (Bob Houp) of East Freedom, Carole J. Price of Altoona, Virginia J. Reed (Gary Williams) of Saxton, Amy L. Reed (Ken Davis) of Altoona and W. Leroy Price of Centre County. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
