He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth Shepard (Dell); his brother Kenneth Shepard; his children, Brian Shepard (Jennifer) and Sondra Smith; and his stepsons, Richard Watson (Sharron) and Roger Watson (Brenda). He was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
