He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde R. Shultz and Elsie M. Shultz (Moyer); his daughter Brandi J. Tomasiello; and his siblings, David R. Shultz and Martha A. Engle.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy L. Lee; his children, Craig R. Shultz of Hollidaysburg and Heather L. Speacht-Holencik (Adam) of Williamsburg; his son-in-law Robert S. Tomasiello (Autumn) of Hollidaysburg; his grandchildren, Giavanna Tomasiello, Braylyn Speacht, Benjamin Holencik, Riley, Nicholai, Michael and Joseph Tomasiello; and his siblings, Kathryn M. Rhodes of Martinsburg and James H. Shultz (Diane) of Duncansville.
