He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Barroner and Thelma Barroner-McCabe (Williams); his grandchildren, Jeannie and Michael Barroner; and his siblings, Anna Jean Baughman and Elwood E. Barroner.
He is survived by: his wife Gerri; his children, Philip C. Barroner (Diana) and Cynthia A. Helsel; his stepson Theodore F. McDowell of Williamsburg; his granddaughters, Veronica Barroner and Terra Wright; and his stepgrandchildren, Brittney Lewis, Tiffany Chandler and Anderson "Andee" McDowell. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
