With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dawn Eleanor Locher-Snare of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Woodbury, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2022 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. Haney and Ethel L. Haney (Everhart); her husband Kenneth R. Locher; her granddaughter Virginia Locher; and her siblings, Audrey L. Miller, Anna M. Miller, Elizabeth L. Miller, Rosamond Haney, June Wilson, Neil Haney and G. Clifford Haney.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey W. Snare (Donna), Kenny Dale Locher, Richard H. Locher (Lisa), Roger W. Locher, Corey A. Snare, Eric J. Snare (Jessica), Tammy L. Diller (Jerry) and Rosemary F. Flaig (Robert); and her sister Sandra K. Norton. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
