He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Clifford Corle and G. Alverta Corle (Sollenberger); his daughter Rhonda D. Shock; and his sister Doris Ann Wyland. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dawn Hileman; his son-in-law Norman W. "Skip" Shock of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, A. Troy Shock of Williamsburg, Jeremy A. Shock of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, James N. Shock of Williamsburg and Shana L. Connors of Pittsburgh; his great grandchildren, Zach Shock of Alex Shock, J. J, Rhett Shock and Thora Connors; and his niece Anna M. Gibboney of Williamsburg.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private graveside service will be held at Presbyterian Cemetery, Williamsburg, Brother Thomas Hanks officiating.
