She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis W. Deters and Carrie Jeannette Deters (Wyland); and her sister Laura Deters. She is survived by: her husband Todd S. Norris; her sons, Matt Norris (Jill) of Williamsburg and Mike Norris (Jen) of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Kendel, Kacie, Macy, Gracelyn and Chayse Norris; and her brother David F. Deters (Andrea) of Williamsburg.
