He was predeceased by: his father Clair H. Ross; and his sister Sherena. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte P. Ross (Snare); his wife Davida A. Wyland; his sons, Clair "Tom" Jr. (Missy) of Williamsburg and Timothy D. (Jen) of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Katie and Bradley Ross; his brothers, Allen "Moe" and Terry; and his niece Amy. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
