He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair F. "Chip" and Ethel Mae Saylor (Roub); his son-in-law Mandrake Carmona Jr.; and his nephew Joseph A. "Joe" Saylor. He is survived by: his daughter Melinda A. Saylor of Duncansville; his grandson Reese G. Carmona; and his brothers, Clair Robert "Bob" Saylor (Rhonda) of Williamsburg, Bruce A. Saylor (Zena) of Williamsburg and Brian S. Saylor (Elizabeth) of Altoona. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, two great-nephews and two great-nieces.
