He is survived by: his parents, Jackie M. Jr. Skinner and Christine E. Skinner (Richardson); his son Chad N. Skinner Jr.; his brothers, Jack M Skinner III of Duncansville and Zachery A. Skinner of Williamsburg; and his girlfriend Bridgett E. Ross of Williamsburg.
Memorial contributions may be given to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
