He is survived by: his daughters, Tamra Lee (John Vaughn) of Blandon, PA, Jeanne Macsek (Matthew) of Elizabeth, WV and Joann Lee of Bethlehem; his brothers, Richard Lee of Palmer Township and Ronald Lee of Tionesta, PA; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kyle Ring, Sarah and Benjamin Macsek.
