He was predeceased by: his sister Tracie L. "Missy" Raisner. He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Raisner, Sr. and Diane L. Raisner (Veal) of Stroudsburg; his wife Shanette Raisner (Perkins); his sons, William Raisner, Jr. (Dani) of Palmer Township and Loren Raisner of Williams Township; his brothers, Ronald Raisner, Jr. of Easton and Rick Raisner (Tammy) of Williams Township; and his granddaughters, Reyna and Lauren. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
